Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Adapt Vision website, software, and services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by Adapt Vision (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to use the Service. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service is lawful where you live.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. One account per person.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. License

A purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software for the duration of your plan. You do not own the software; you are licensed to use it. The license is locked to a single device and is for your personal use only.

• You may not share, rent, sell, sublicense, resell, or otherwise distribute your account, license, or the software.
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, tamper with, or attempt to circumvent the licensing, device lock, or any protection mechanism.
• Sharing or reselling access, or evading the device lock, is grounds for immediate termination without refund.

4. No affiliation & assumption of risk

Adapt Vision is an independent product. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with any game, game publisher, platform, or their trademarks. Any names or marks are the property of their respective owners.

Using third-party software alongside online games may violate those games’ own terms of service and can result in restrictions, suspensions, or permanent bans of your game accounts. You use the software entirely at your own risk. We make no guarantee of any specific outcome, of undetectability, or of continued functionality.

5. Payment

• Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are charged through our payment processors. Plan time is added to your account once payment is confirmed.
• All sales are final. See our Refund Policy.
• Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute results in immediate, permanent termination of your account and forfeiture of access.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• violate any applicable law or the rights of others;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems;
• disrupt or abuse the Service, including automated abuse, fraud, or attempts to bypass rate limits or protections.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms, for chargebacks or fraud, or at our discretion. Terminated accounts are not eligible for refunds.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or undetectable.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adapt Vision shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or game accounts (including bans), arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the ninety (90) days preceding the claim.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes take effect when posted here. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
