All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.

Adapt Vision sells digital products that are delivered and activated instantly — the moment your payment is confirmed, license time is added to your account and the software becomes available to download. Because access is granted immediately and cannot be returned, all purchases are non-refundable.

Before you buy

Please make sure the product is right for you before purchasing. If you have questions about what a plan includes or whether it fits your setup, contact us before you pay — we’re happy to help.

Duplicate or accidental charges

If you were charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error, contact us within 7 days and we will investigate and correct a verified duplicate charge.

Chargebacks & disputes

Because our products are delivered instantly, initiating a chargeback or payment dispute is treated as a violation of our Terms of Service. Doing so results in the immediate and permanent termination of your account and forfeiture of all access. We keep detailed records of every order and delivery and will contest fraudulent disputes.

Crypto payments

Cryptocurrency payments are non-reversible by nature and are likewise non-refundable.
