This Privacy Policy explains what information Adapt Vision (“we,” “us”) collects, how we use it, and who we share it with. By using the Service you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

• Account information— your email address, username, and a securely hashed version of your password (we never store your password in plain text).
• Device identifier— our software generates a random identifier stored on your device to lock your license to one machine. It is not derived from your hardware and does not identify you personally.
• Usage & security data— your IP address and request metadata, used for rate limiting, fraud prevention, and abuse protection.
• Purchase records— the plans you buy, order status, and timestamps. We keep a per-download watermark record to trace leaks.
• Discord data (optional)— if you link Discord, we store your Discord ID, username, and avatar reference.

Payment information

We do not collect or store your card numbers or crypto wallet details. Payments are processed by our third-party providers, who handle that information under their own policies:

• NOWPayments (cryptocurrency payments) — nowpayments.io/privacy-policy

How we use your information

• to provide, operate, and secure the Service;
• to enforce licensing, the single-device lock, and our Terms of Service;
• to prevent fraud, abuse, sharing, and chargebacks;
• to provide support and respond to your requests.

Third-party services

In addition to our payment processors, we use Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection on our forms and Discord for optional account linking. These providers process limited data as needed to deliver their features.

Cookies

We use a single essential cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Data retention

We retain your account and purchase data for as long as your account is active and as needed to operate the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Your choices

You can update your account details or unlink Discord at any time from your dashboard. To request access to or deletion of your personal data, contact us using the details below. Note that some records may be retained where required to prevent fraud or comply with the law.

Security

We protect your data with measures including password hashing, encrypted connections (HTTPS), and signed, encrypted delivery of the software payload. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.
